I had called another local shop multiple times that day and left a voice message stating my need to place and order. I still have never received a call back. My second call was to Bihl's Flowers, and I'm so glad the first one never responded. The florest at Bihl's was fantastic. Very nice. Great customer service. We laughed a bit. She gave me a good price for what turned out to be a very beautiful arrangement. Since I couldn't be there to see it in person, she texted a photo to me the next day and I was very pleased.
