"I cannot speak more highly of this location. We came in needing a couple vases of flowers for family. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They made a beautiful custom vase of Gerber Daisies while we waited… it only took a few minutes, and they they had an amazing premade Lily arrangement that the family loved. We are going to get our flowers here every time we are in Florence, KY."

"Spoke with Shelia over the phone asking for details on different selections and same day delivery. Mentioned I would place my order online. Turns out I made an error and selected delivery for the following day but Sheila was the one who caught this by remembering our phone conversation where I never provided my name, only discussed the selection and that I was looking to have it delivered the same day. She called the number I provided in the order and confirmed that I had just spoke with her on the phone and was able to change my delivery date for same day. Had it not been for her attention to detail and forward thinking I’d be sleeping in the doghouse for my wife’s birthday!!! You’ve gained a repeat customer today! Thank you Shelia!!!"

"Two stars ONLY because the staff was friendly, otherwise it would be a one star review. I ordered flowers for a friend for valentines day. I requested purple roses and a hydrangeas. I also asked for a photo before the flowers were sent. I never got one. I realized why when I saw what was delivered! I would never pay $75 for this bouquet. I could have made my own from Kroger and it look better. Highly disappointed. It had 3 roses and one half dead hydrangeas. The filler was daisies and sad looking greenery."
