"I had purchased a new battery for my 2002 Cadillac back in May 2023. The battery died so I went to the nearest Advance Auto Parts location to me, the Norwood location, where Danny, the manager, and Renee helped me. Danny and Renee came out to my car and replaced the bad battery. Now, the battery in a 2002 Cadillac Seville is located under the back seat. That didn’t stop them. Danny went right to work and in no time replaced it. I have to say they were great to work with. Pleasant the entire time and I highly recommend this store location. Ask for Danny or Renee. They are a lot of fun! Thanks guys!!!"
