Worst place ever nothing but lies and dishonest people from get go i have to take them to court for my money because the owner agreed to give me a refund for the car and even signed a paper saying it also working with the Ohio Attorney General which he lied to her also about being on his way to bring me my check now a month later the coward will not answer his phone and avoiding us at all cost so now I’m in the process of taking them to court they have the car back for over a month now and kept all my money and I’m a single mother doing everything myself now left without a car and money for a new one because this place and the owner"

"Reported a car for repo which I had to do the foot work to find out who to call and Jeff informed me after they picked the car up I could pick a lousy $25 up an hour north of my home. I know for a fact other companies pay at least $100. This is not showing appreciation and when I mentioned it they weren't the least bit apologetic. I could understand if the car was junk but it was an 02 Jetta not beaten up and runs."
