Edible Arrangements

"I ordered an arrangement for a friend who had just gotten home from the hospital. Maddie (the delivery driver) was amazing!! When she couldn’t find the address and the recipient wasn’t able to help her, she called me. I was able to find the address and she offered to drive there even though it was 15 minutes away from where she was. Ultimately, Maddie got the arrangement delivered!! She deserves a raise!"

"If I could give this zero stars I would. No one answers the phone. I was sent an "edible" (not ) arrangement for my birthday 3/31/2023. The delivry was on my front porch on the ground in a box and it looked as if it had been dropped. It was taped together and all of the contents were smashed together. I would never eat what was delivered, We spend too much of our hard earned money on services that do not deliver. I've called customer service twice and I continue to get the same non resolutions. My friend has no idea the condition this delivery was received- she was excited about sending."

"I ordered from this store on the website. The order was delivered two weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered today for Valentine’s Day. I spent $90 for a dipped bouquet and a bag of coffee for my boyfriend. Guess what was delivered? A regular bouquet and no coffee. I’ve called twice, no response, no effort to make it right. I want either my full delivery, or I want a refund. After I called the first time, I decided to wait and see. I should’ve gone into the store lmyself. I thought about trying their competition, but since I’ve never used that one, I decided to go with tried and true. Big mistake. It has gone to hell. DO NOT USE mostly EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! Edit: Three hours after I posted this review, which was after I got the email saying my order had been delivered, the (mostly) correct order was delivered. It should not take a scathing review to get things made right. As good as the fruit is, Edible Arrangements has lost my business."

"READ THE REVIEWS THEY ARE CORRECT. I placed an online delivery order for our boss who just lost his dad and I wanted to double check that it was going to be delivered today so I tried calling the store. Well I was sent to voicemail eventually and left a message, then I read the reviews and got worried I was going to be screwed over so I tried calling again and same thing, no answer. So I cancelled the order and requested a refund then ordered from the West Chester store and they fulfilled the order. Then found out they actually did deliver the order but we had no idea that it was going to be fulfilled!"

"I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews but I had already made my order so I just waited. So happy that I got my order on the date that I was supposed to and everything looked great and delicious! It could not have been delivered at a better time! Looking forward to using their services again. Also, I want to add that I called the store in the morning to get a delivery time frame and not only did they answer the phone but they also gave me a great time frame."
