"Disappointed. I took a single white rose in perfect condition to Bloom Beads to be preserved in a glass dome. They informed me that it was would take 9 months, which seemed ridiculous. I did it anyway. After 10 months, I called and they said it would likely be another 2 months (which would have made my wait time a full year). It arrived at 11 months and the rose is darkened, wilted and dry - the foliage is also dried up. I asked them how they could preserve a rose for almost a year. She explained a certain process that preserves it for a certain number of months, but that number was far less than 9-12 months. I then asked how they kept it preserved for the remaining months, and she gave a me a vague explanation that made no sense. The cost was nearly $100. This is sad to me because these flowers are very sentimental to people. Mine was from the funeral of someone deeply close to my heart. The 2 main reasons for my poor review are the extreme wait time and the condition of my rose when I picked it up."
