I called several other floral businesses and then found Ed Smiths Flower & Gifts!! The gal who answered, Kat, was friendly and helpful. She made ordering very easy. I also spoke to another employee and again, customer service is top notch. The arrangement was delivered and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend Ed Smiths Flowers. P.S way better than going through those 1-800 florists!!"

"*UPDATE FROM 1 TO 5 STARS: Spoke with Connor today. He made everything right! Thank you for providing the customer service we're accustom to from Ed Smith's! Ordered a birthday cake arrangement two days ago for my daughter's birthday. What was ordered was pink, white, and green flowers with roses and candles. What was sent was NOTHING like the picture! (I've ordered three of these in the past. All were similar but still cute.) This "arrangement" is a mess! ...and it's almost entirely purple with orange. The one color, purple, my daughter doesn't like... and orange! Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a great birthday surprise! Called Ed Smith's. I was told by Steven, that the pictures are silk flowers and that he thought they looked fine when he loaded them into their truck. Funny, have never had a problem with them, at least, looking like a cake before. I will never use them again. (It was ordered through ProFlowers when I was told over the phone that they could not be delivered on the 14th even though I called the morning of the 12th. I was then told the local florist used, "similar" flowers. Tell me if these look at all similar to you!!! Not even close, no roses, etc.!)"

"We had a death in our family and I wanted to send flowers to my family located out here in Ohio. I live in Las Vegas so I was trying to research and find a good florist to go through. I called Ed Smith’s Flowers & Gifts and spoke with Steve. Steve was absolutely wonderful and was so patient with me and my requests. I was torn between 2 options and he ended up customizing it for me and bringing them both together into one! They sent a photo of the arrangement to me before it was sent out. It was absolutely beautiful! Glad I found them! Wish they were here in Las Vegas so I could continue to use them in the future! Beautiful work and great prices!"
