"Watch battery changes only last 1 year. They explain that you can either pay extra for a lifetime replacement plan, or pay the regular amount for a very low quality battery. There are no other options to get a good battery, with longer life. When having my watch battery changed, the associate moved where my chronograph started and stopped. I was able to reset it after some troubleshooting, but the associate was unhelpful and kinda rude about obviously manhandling the watch. He’s more concerned with liability than actually helping his customers. Considering your overpaying for a watch battery they admit is low quality, and receiving off putting service in the process, I do not recommend them."

"Tried to get a key cut.I Had my own key. And blank. Tried to charge me 69.99 just to cut, but said it needed programmed. When it didn't I have the ability to program. Just needed to cut it. Do this all the time, at different locations. 15.99 charge. This guy got rude and aggressive. I wasn't arguing and just left and will never return."

"Our first cold weather happened in December 2022, and it was forecast to be extreme. I was in the middle of having a portion of my chain link fence replaced. For security I have an electric fence that is powered by solar running off batteries. 2 days before Christmas with a portion of my chain link fence removed, my electric fence went down due to dead batteries. This system takes 6 batteries that are not easy to come by. So, with no fencing on one side of our property and not electric fence which means no security protection, I called Randy Kinch. Not only did he locate 6 batteries, but he delivered them that same day early afternoon. I was able to get my electric fence back up providing lot security. Randy, you are a life's saver."
