"Went in this morning with the voltage meter showing low. Sure enough it was the 2 batteries (yep, my diesel takes 2). I'd never been to the Advance Auto on Wilmington but it will be the ONLY place I go from now on. Joe installed two new batteries for me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Another associate had to do a parts run so Joe was also running the store and he was helpful and courteous to everyone that entered. It is so hard to find excellent employees and Advance has a great one in Joe. I'll also be calling their store manager later today to make sure they know the type of person they have in him. Thank you again Joe - I truly appreciate all you did!"
