"Told me they would be able to fix my watch but their repair person wasn’t in so I left it with them for 3 days. Was told someone would call me with my options/estimate. No one ever called so I called them, and the guy seemed Irritated and told me it couldn’t be fixed that I needed to contact Harley. (Harley doesn’t make watches). So I showed up the next 3 nights 30-45 mins before they were supposed to be closed to pickup my watch only to find them closed and gone. I called and left them a message to call me, again no return call. Luckily my wife was able to show up during the day and get my watch, after wasting a week of my time. I went to a watch shop in Columbus and had it fixed in 5 mins."

"Took a little longer than expected to get the ring back for being resized. Gold master was having surgery. Was told the resizing would be free when making purchase at the store. My fiance went to pick it up and they charged us almost $100. Called to talk to them about it and thanks to Bill, the money waa refunded with ease. Lisa helped me shop in the store for the engagement ring and my fiance loves it! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND '!!"
