"Told me they would be able to fix my watch but their repair person wasn’t in so I left it with them for 3 days. Was told someone would call me with my options/estimate. No one ever called so I called them, and the guy seemed Irritated and told me it couldn’t be fixed that I needed to contact Harley. (Harley doesn’t make watches). So I showed up the next 3 nights 30-45 mins before they were supposed to be closed to pickup my watch only to find them closed and gone. I called and left them a message to call me, again no return call. Luckily my wife was able to show up during the day and get my watch, after wasting a week of my time. I went to a watch shop in Columbus and had it fixed in 5 mins."

My fiance went to pick it up and they charged us almost $100. Called to talk to them about it and thanks to Bill, the money waa refunded with ease.
