"Accepted a repair request on a Saturday afternoon and called on Monday morning to say they were too busy to do it. Since they list that they are closed on Sunday on their website it seems unlikely their volume increased that significantly in the few business hours they were open between acceptance and refusal. Left with impression they lack professionalism, so will not try to use them in the future and will not recommend them."

Though the business is located off the "main drag" they appeared to be busy. Though all employees were smilingl, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is a small, family owned business that appreciates their customers."
