"My (now) fiance and I were really excited to see the amount of estate jewelry available, because I wanted to get a secondhand engagement ring. There was also a great assortment of new items, but I was mainly interested in the estate jewelry. Robbie was so nice and helpful, and helped suggest different rings to try based on my feelings about each style I tried. We also were both able to get sized and had the easiest time picking out wedding bands. We ended up finding the most gorgeous estate diamond ring for an incredible price. There were so many beautiful and quality pieces, I could not have made a bad choice. On thanksgiving morning my fiance proposed to me and I still can't stop staring at it! Robbie sized it perfectly and I am so happy with it! I saw a bunch of other beautiful rings with all sorts of stones when I was there as well, and plan to go back and pick out some other beautiful pieces going forward. "While fueling my vehicle I saw this jewelry place, decided to go in to see if they do jewelry cleaning. My wedding rings and my necklace needed cleaning.. I asked the young man if they service jewelry cleaning, he said yes and there is no charge (no charge that was nice). He went to a different room came back within minutes, I took my jewelry without inspecting it. Since he did not charge me for the cleaning I gave him a nice tip. When I finally had the chance to inspect my wedding rings, see pictures it looks like cleaning was not done and he took me as a fool. Even though he did not charged me for the supposedly cleaning I feel this is not a honest business. BEWARE!"

"At the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, my now husband went to Williams with the emerald we have. Robbie was awesome to work with, especially when everything had shut down, he was still able to make the most beautiful engagement ring I've ever seen. Then, earlier this year, my husband went back to make the wedding bands. Because the engagement had been created locally, Robbie was able to perfectly fit the wedding band to the engagement ring. The pricing was unbeatable, especially for the work we wanted done, and the turn around was very quick. I don't know that we'll go anywhere else for our jewelry needs!"
