"Do Not do business here. Jewelry was taken here for appraisal. The man behind the counter said that what was presented was not real gold and not real diamonds and offered $45.00 to purchase. The jewelry was taken to 2 other stores and confirmed it is all real. Either the man at Ross has no idea what he's doing or he's trying to rip people off."
