"I have been in this shop a few times now and I have yet to have a bad experience. All of the employees that I have interacted with have been amazing. And the shop always feels so inviting. They have several people that can help you identify about 99.9% of crystals you bring in. I was there yesterday and Hayden helped me identify a lot of crystals I had gotten in a grab bags and ones I forgot what they were as well as answer several questions I had as I walked around shopping. I didn't realize it but I was there about 3hrs. With every minute."

"I have always loved this shop . Every time I walk in there is an overwhelming sense of warmth and comfort that washes over me . Recently I was in need of some candles and crystals to help me with the passing of my brother and remembering him on his birthday. Not only did the owner take the time to message me back multiple paragraphs on things I could do to help , when I came in the shop she was so kind. She took the time to help me dress my candle and picking out what herbs to use and how to do everything. It was even 20 minutes past her closing time by time I was done but she never pressured me to hurry and she hugged me before I left .
