"The rating is based off of the fact that their sign says open til 7. Online also says open til 7. We got there a little before 5 and they were locked up and no one inside. My girls have always loved coming to Claire's and shopping, it would just be nice if their times have changed for them to post them. My husband went to another Claire's earlier this week with my daughters and ran into the same thing."

"Great store. If you buy gift cards with $5 bonus per $25, make sure to buy two $25 cards. I purchased a $50 card and only got one $5 bonus, after I paid I had to ask for it, the staff was not going to give it to me without asking. Other than that great place. Also hours may be different than listed, check the sign rather than the hours posted online."

"My wife scheduled an appointment for our daughter and we had both sets of grandparents meet us and place is closed. Show up at 2:00 and doors locked and nobody answering the phones. Obviously by the reviews this happens often. Looks like corporate doesn’t care either!"

"NO ONE IS EVER AT THIS STORE. I called corporate three times/different days during business hours and they swore someone should be working but NO, doors locked with the lights on like someone is sitting in the back getting paid to do nothing. It took 4 tries/different days of going there to get my pick up order. The lady was literally about to lock up the store at 4pm on a Friday!! She claimed she was going to lunch at 4pm? Right. She was rude and not helpful in finding smile face earrings she claimed they had none but I found several after looking. I can't imagine how much business this location has lost. It would be a shame to lose it because of a lazy incompetent worker! To add to the issues, the phone rings, no one ever answer and that worker says the phone is broken. Liar!! Corporate- do something!!"
