"Absolutely horrible people to deal with. DO NOT BUY anything from appliance center. Customer service is not on their priority list."
"Employees were helpful, pleasant and professional. Loaded my purchase right in my vehicle with no problem"
"Waited for me even after they closed!"
"I had to pick up an item for a friend, who called ahead and gave them my name as an approved pickup person. I arrived at the warehouse to find that I had to call from my cell phone so they can open the gate for me to drive in. After arriving at the dock, they took my driver's license inside to make a copy. They closed and deadbolted the door behind them, and I noticed several security cameras around, but I was left alone in an apparently bad area. After 5 minutes, the employee came out, gave me my driver's license, and said it would be another 5 minutes. He again locked the door behind him. After a few more minutes, they brought the item, in a crumpled cardboard box, out and put it in my vehicle. I told him I wanted to open the box and check for damage, which there wasn't any. Then he "had to write my license plate number down," which he did, and I left. I understand there is a lot of theft going on these days, but I felt like a criminal just picking up a $300 appliance. I often pick things up at Lowe's and Home Depot, etc. and NEVER had my driver's license taken and copied, then license plate number taken down. I would hate to be an elderly person with no cell phone trying to pick something up there, trying to gain entry, only to be locked out to stand in an empty parking lot while employees had my driver's license behind closed doors for five minutes. I do not plan on ever picking anything up there again, either for myself or anyone else!"
"The process was relatively seamless. They made a mistake accidently assembling a table I purchased. Once they realized, they called me to tell me I wouldn't be charged for the labor. I was worried it wouldn't fit in my vehicle assembled so they offered free delivery. I needed the table before their delivery date so despite the free assembly and delivery, I still want benefiting. I decided to just drive to the distribution center and fortunately it still fit. Had this not been the case my experience and outcome would've been pretty negative. That being said, everyone I spoke with on the phone or in person was very friendly and understanding. I would give them my business in the future."
