"Regrettably, I didn't order straight from Ms. Connie and her team. I ordered through From You Flowers. I strongly discourage everyone from using them. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement to be sent to a very special lady. When I saw the photo of what was delivered, I was very confused. It looked nothing like what I had seen online. Well, four days of back and forth with From You Flowers, had gotten nowhere. Today, I am called from my little sister, whose number I put on the order, saying Ms. Connie would like me to call her. I did, and boy, am I glad! She was the sweetest lady. She sent me a photo of what From You Flowers placed for me. It was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I was looking at online. No more third parties, that's for sure! Ms. Connie and her team went above and beyond to make this right for me. And it truly means the world to me. Their customer service is is phenomenal.
