Some people are complaining that Bob isn't a people person. He's imo an introvert, like me. It's not that he's rude he's just not a "chatty Kathy" type person. Just remember this, he's not rude, he's just not a chatty person. IMO"

"He (I guess the owner) isnt really a people person I don’t think!? Now w that bein said he did excellent work on the ring n got it back rather quickly!! I believe if he tightened up his people skills he’d get even more business!"

"I’m very disappointed in my experience with JWB. I called ahead yesterday to ask about the appraisal process for insurance purposes. I felt rushed off the phone with unanswered questions. I called ahead this morning about stopping in and yet felt the person on the other end was a bit snippy with me. Walking in and going into detail with my rings, I felt talked down to. I returned with the requested paper work and I felt like an inconvenience. I gave over the requested information, and asked when to expect a phone call. The gentleman helping me scoffed and said it’s a long process. Which I would have known had he not rushed me off the phone the two times I called ahead to ask questions, specifically saying I didn’t want to waste his time after hearing the same tone twice. I asked for my rings back as I was not willing to support local business after feeling talked down to and like he had better things to do than treat me like a customer. I nearly stated how I felt about our interactions and that I wouldn’t be giving him my business, but didn’t feel that expressing my feelings would do anything. I’d recommend finding an alternative and someone who cares enough to answer your questions without being talked down to, and makes you feel comfortable leaving your rings behind."

"Went to get my wife’s rings resized. Was done in 3 days. Rings were polished, looked great and fit great! Would be 5 stars but the service isn’t exactly what you would call “friendly”. They do have a habit of making you feel like an annoyance. But I got what I came for and THAT was great!"
