"From the very beginning Chad Estridge and his team were completely professional. Chad provided a very detailed estimate and once weather cleared they got started. Every part of their work, down to the smallest detail, was beautifully executed. I had what I thought was a more complex deck project plus the entire project was on a slope. But every part of the construction was well considered and then built. Can't say enough positive things about the entire team. Even the final cleanup of the site was great. I'd use them again for more upcoming projects!"

"We wanted to replace our existing and aging wooden deck with a larger covered composite deck that included a fireplace and built-in grill. We contacted multiple contractors and received several quotes all of which were similar in the total amount. However, Estridge, in addition to being very competitive on price, was also very engaged. Shelby and Chad came to our house to discuss our project, taking pictures, and preparing drawings to show us what they would do. They then had us come to their showroom to select the materials and specific features (like riser lights) so that they could formalize the quote. Once everything was selected and the final quote was received, we signed up to move forward. Richard and Tom were assigned to our project, and they were exceptional. They were very professional, and their workmanship was second to none. They took our input and ultimately created exactly what we wanted, also making suggestions for how to improve the deck from what we originally designed with no changes in the overall cost. In the end, the project took longer that we were originally quoted, but given the quality of the work, and how much we absolutely love our new outdoor living space, we could not be happier with end result and would highly recommend Estridge for any future projects."

"Estridge did a great job for us on our deck and gazebo as you can see from the before and after pictures. We moved to Ohio from Texas. We did not have any idea who was a trustworthy and quality contractor for building our deck. We met with a few contractors, but when we met with Shelby and Chad, we knew Estridge was the company to go with. We immediately felt we could trust them with this big project. Chad is very knowledgable, professional and honest. He is the type of person you could trust hiring just on a handshake. You don't find many people like that anymore. He never tried to upsell us. "Family oriented, quality craftsmanship and great customer service. Wanted to take a minute to acuaretay depict our experience as we feel its the least we can do. 5/5 stars only because 6/5 wasn't an option. Bid Process - When Chad came out to bid the job he was on time and professional. He listened to our wish list and within a week came back with some rough drawings of exactly what we had envisioned at a very competitive price. I want to also note that he was the only company that bid the job to adhere exactly to code in our area in regards to fastening the deck to the home. This is actually one of the main reasons we chose to go with Estridge! Outstanding Customer Service - Our home was a new build home and had issues before closing. Because of this our initial time frame that we had agreed to with Estridge was pushed back almost two months. We felt terrible and told Estridge we completely understood if they had to get to our project later. To our surprise they communicated with us every step of the way and were able to squeeze us in before the season ended. This was a huge relief with a new baby in the home and dogs to take care of, back yard access was huge for us when we moved in. We were extremely impressed and grateful that they were able to get to us as fast as they did. Ariana and Shelby in the office were top notch and were amazing to work with throughout this process! The Deck - Andy was our site manager. He was polite and professional. His team worked hard when on site and communicated with us every step of the process. He even pointed out a damaged board that I did not notice and told me he would be back out as soon as it was in stock to replace it. I feel as if most contractors wouldn't have said a word in hopes that the home owner would not see anything. Concrete - Sunny and his team were also extremely professional and polite. They communicated exactly when they would be working and what steps were next. Since they poured our patio in some colder weather it took a little longer then expected for the concrete to start to set up. Instead of rushing the job and just brooming the concrete prior to it being ready they waited around well into the dark before finishing the concrete. Ive been around the construction business my whole life and was extremely impressed. Most other concrete workers would of packed up, finished the concrete wet and moved on. Sunny and his teams attention to detail was second to none. They cared about their quality of work and you could tell. We can't stress again how great of an experience we had. If you are even remotely thinking of a deck or patio call Estridge!"
