"I waited 3 weeks on my items. The day we realized it was at this location and that they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we immediately called the exact location and put in a new delivery address. For a continuing 2 weeks, this location kept the status in a “we are updating the location and will give you an estimated delivery date” mode. I finally gave up, checked online, it still said it was at the ups in rosemount, I called the number under their ups rosemount online number and was told my package was still there. I drove over a 2 hr round trip since we live in the middle of nowhere and was told it was no longer there all while being told, “well let me check”….which means it’s was a blatant lie to my face. If you KNOW it’s not there then why check? It’s obvious the package was lost after 3-4 weeks and I would have appreciated the truth so much more than a demeaning lie to my face."
"If I could have the post office deliver everything I would definitely do it. My package has been delayed 6 days ao far. It's out for delivery today....so lets hope it comes. And it's all because of weather delays. Which there's been nothing nothing on my road. FedEx and the post office have been to my house several times this week to deliver something. The same female driver from UPS used and excuse that I had a gate and a keyless lock so she couldn't deliver....I have no gate or lock. I've complained to corporate, I've complained locally and was supposed to get calls back each time....but nothing. Its ridiculous. The one star is only because it wouldn't let me post anything without giving a star."
"Delayed delivering my package four times. Used snow as an excuse for two of the delays when the roads were just fine. Then they refused to deliver it the following morning, because I needed it for an event. They made me go 80 minutes round trip out of my way to pick it up because they refuse to do their job."
"Horrible company when it comes to employment. I use to work for this company back in 2009 in Columbus ohio so I decided since I'm back in college that I would take on a seasonal job with them. In the first week of Nov of 2017 I was asked to come in for an interview after which I was called and asked to come to orientation that I got the job. Then 2 days later I was called back and told the orientation was going to be moved to a different date and that she would let me know in the few days after the call when the new orientation was going to be. I never received a call back from her so the week after all that I tried to contact the women in HR with no luck she was always out of the office and never returned my calls. then a month after all this around Dec 1st 2017 I was contacted again from their main office and asked if I was still interested in the position. I told them I had another job lined up but if they could get me in within a week I would take the position in which the man told me that would be fine then said I would be receiving a call within a couple days from the Portsmouth UPS HR office. I never received a phone call I did however receive an email from them asking me to call about the position and when I did they couldn't find anything out then proceeded to tell me they no longer have the position that I wouldn't have to worry about getting anymore phone calls. I then proceeded to inform them how much of a joke USP has become and how unorganized they are that I would never attempt to apply for a job there or ever take an offer from them again after all this. and told him I will make sure to write my store on every review possible about how UPS cost me a job with a different company and how they just played games with the whole situation for over a month. And I'm keeping my word I will go on every review sit on the internet that has a spot to write a review for UPS and let others know to beware of this company and don't rely on them being professional."
