"I would NOT recommend BAMM Moving!! They damaged our front door, refrigerator, and flooring. They went 3 hours over (at $260/hr) and left cigarette butts on the ground. After over 7 weeks, Mike Winchenbach will still not get back with me to resolve the issues!"

"These two arrived an hour late. After arriving, one of them left for about 20 minutes to buy soft drinks and left the other to unload the truck. During the entire unload, one of the movers constantly complained about how tired he was. Also, he stopped to answer texts and phone calls during our move in time. I believe we were charged for 2.5 hours and I feel that was unfair due to these issues. Also, one of the young men offered to hookup our dryer saying he had prior experience doing so. After two trips from the repair man we discovered the lines had been hooked up incorrectly costing us a total of $169. This will be the first and last time we is this company."
"Terrible service! Stay away from them. They can't be trusted. I scheduled a moving service with these company and requested for 3 movers and a 26 foot truck for 6hrs. They showed up with a 15 foot truck, 2 movers, and told me they could only attend to me for 3hrs. When I asked the guys who showed up why I was not given what I requested, they said that there was no 3rd person and they do not have a 26 foot truck. I was so upset. When I tried to talk to the manager about this, he was rude and told me to either take what was given to me or send his guys back. So, I sent them back. I won't be insulted for a service I am paying for."
