"Worst people to deal with!!! Chris Miller has no people skills. Harasses you on the phone and threatens you. Won’t allow a payment. Tried working with this company taking care of an outstanding bill would not accept my request of sending a bill to the correct address. Hope others have better luck with this guy. Would rate negative if possible."
"I can’t stand these people. I had a bill in collections bc my father never finished paying it. They tried to tell me they sent letters and never once have. I didn’t know about this until I went to get pre approved for a home. I got set up with automatic payments and they never come out in time and they end up charging me an extra $5 late fee. These people are very ignorant and impossible for you to talk to them. I am refusing to pay the last bit of my bill. I asked if I can lower my monthly payment since I was not working at the time and they said the lowest they can do is $75 a month. Also I called one time to pay it off with my boyfriends card and they said I owed $230 pay off so I THOUGHT I paid it off. Nope got an other letter stating I owed a balance of $105. These people and this place are so ridiculous. Every letter I get is for a different balance. I have every letter for proof so I hope they try to make some stupid excuse up. Every time you make a payment they charge a “convenience fee” when non of this is convenient or easy. I even reached out for a manager and he couldn’t explain anything to me either kept talking in circles."
"Dismal customer service and extremely unprofessional. Chris Miller called me, at least that’s what they told me his name was, and he was a miserable human being. He tried to use intimidation to pressure me into paying a bill. He lied and said the bill was on my credit report, which someone else at Fidelity later confirmed was untrue. I was able to pay off my balance by calling the doctors office directly since I refused to deal with such ignorance. Hope Chris Miller has the day he deserves!"
"Like all debit collectors, they lie and only want the money. Yes i owe debits. However they lied and told me they can not do nothing if I wanted to pay lump sum off. Also without my permission they added a collection from my spouse on to my account. The hospital gave me a copy of the bill. Mine was $113, hers was $2800 and some how I owe $4,200! Yep I owe it!!! And they said the hospital added those fees, nope they did not!!! I talked to them, the collections company REFuES to work with me… all about money!!"
