"Edit for my review: took almost a year to complete. Unfortunately Buckeye isn't what they used to be.. Extremely disappointed. * In the first week of getting this refinance going the underwriter had an issue with online information. So I sent in all that was needed from tax maps to plat information seeing how we parceled the property and were just refinancing the front part. Underwriter wouldn't accept the paperwork on more than one occasion. Called our county and they sent everything as well, SAME EXACT THAT I SENT. Still wouldn't accept it, so they found one from probably 10 years ago and used that.. Did not use the front parcel because in their paperwork it wasn't there... So now I get to do the running and sending for the proper paperwork again...I still wouldn't recommend them, it's been nothing but a headache. Original review : I would not recommend them for any type of home refinance. It's been almost 4 months and no one has given any type of update, we were told 12 weeks. We've had to contact to try to get an update and never get one. All we get is I'll have to contact my underwriter."

"Every time me and my wife come in here it's like we don't exist. And every time we deal with anyone they make us feel like they are disgusted by us. We will be closing our account here and going elsewhere. I feel if we were of any other color and race we would be treated better than we have been with them. It's unfortunately that people have grown into such a small minded mindset and are very un educated on how far our system of things have changed. I'm sure by us closing our account they will be more than happy to do so. They won't have to deal with us anymore."
