"Avoid at all costs. I had an order that was split in two. The part that went USPS was delivered. Lasership said it was “undeliverable” to the same address and never responded when I filled out the form. I don’t think they even attempted to deliver it and never contacted me at all."
"If 0 stars were an option, LaserShip would be receiving it. My package was not delivered due to an "invalid address" although my address very much IS valid and has been delivered to by LaserShip multiple times before. I contacted LaserShip and they assured me that the driver would come back and deliver it today which they still have not. I've now called the office over 10 times with no answer. The customer should not be penalized for the drivers poor service. This was an expensive package that I needed today. I've never dealt with a worse delivery company. I've had zero issues with Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Avoid entirely if possible!"
"There really needs to be an option for zero stars. Apparently, those employed by lasership cannot read and/or follow instructions. The address label indicates garage door. The sign on the front door points to the garage door. On top of putting the box in the wrong location...again, it was in such a position, I could not open the front door."
"Said my package was delivered but it never was! I am sick to my stomach because I placed and expensive order from Nordstrom, and they use this 1-star company!? The order was over $500 so I'm not sure why I didn't have to sign for it. I never saw a delivery person when they said it was delivered so I believe it was STOLEN by the driver!! 0 stars!!!"
"Had a shipment that was loaded on a truck for more than a week, but never delivered. Canceled the order, and placed a replacement order. This one keeps saying they're attempting delivery, but keep "missing me."... I work from home, and have several security cameras. Unless they're disguised as squirrels, no one has attempted anything. In addition, their customer service number seems to be an automated phone tree that never gets you to a person. It's not just useless, it's infuriating. I won't use any company that contracts with LaserShip."
