The crew did not know that our pool was empty. when they figured it out and new how important it was to get our pool full because of the possibility of our liner shrinking they were here till 10 o’clock at night to make sure they got a full. It’s hard to find people that will take time out of their life to try and help people out great bunch of guys"

"Made an appointment to have water delivered at 4. Got off work early and called to ask if it was possible to have it delivered earlier because it was supposed to rain and the man on the other line was rude and short towards me. Waited until 5 before I called to see where my delivery was and the same man LIED to me and said he was trying to get ahold of me all day (phone had been right next to me and was never left a voicemail) and that every one had left for the day, which is weird since they're hours say they close at 8. Would not recommend."

"Never showed for a water delivery that had been scheduled a week prior. Called them 2 hours after original time scheduled, and they said they were running late but would be here. Had scheduled workers here to help with our pool liner. Someone finally called us after 8 pm to see if our water ever showed up. I get being sort staffed right now, but don’t schedule appointments you can’t keep. Terrible customer service........"
