"The mail delivery drivers are extrremly polite. However the phone systems are almost impossible to get through. I live outside of Bluffton. My mail does not get picked up reguarly. I have tried several times to contact them via the numbers provided by Google. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer your call. I live inside their service and typically have to call Findlay rather than Bluffton to obtain their number. I have been to the location to address this, its been years and it still has not been fixed."

"This is the place to go if you need a passport. They knew exactly what to do and made sure that I had everything in order for a successful submission. They can even take your picture. As a bonus, the employees were very personable, and I actually enjoyed my time there. Thank you for a great experience!"

"The employees at the Bluffton office are GREAT! There is rarely a line, parking is great and it’s always very clean inside and out. I live closer to the Findlay post office but I would much rather drive a bit farther to Bluffton any day of the week!!! (If you’ve been to the Findlay PO you know why!!!)."

This was my first time dealing with Passport issues and I messed some things up. Instead of telling me to come back when I had things in order and completed, she kindly took it in stride and just helped me complete everything right then! The world needs more people like her....."

"Nice smaller post office. People are extremely nice and helpful. Only caveat is when it is busy (lunchtime or after work) they never add extra clerks to help get people get out quickly."
