"Sat only open 2 hours really thats not even enough time to do anything its bad enough that I have to have a pobox and now on a Saturday I have to make sure I'm up with the roosters to get my mail."

"The person in charge of this place has issues. October 2017. My mothers ex husband put in a change for address from edon to fremont. And again in November 2018. Just to clarify we are tired of getting his mail in edon. Bc some dipstick can't do there job up there. As of today all mail is being put in a box. And u guys will eventually have to do your job. "Mailed out a 2 day delivery package. 9 days later package is still not delivered due to issues with label supposedly haven fallen off. Supposedly this same package is located at recipients post office being unable to be delivered. Nightmare trying to contact post office."

"Update: been 2 months after filing a search request they haven't even looked for it an refuse to talk to me call me a liar because they say it's been delivered to my door when it wasnt.My package is missing was told it was hand delivered to my door they want to keep telling me there’s nothing they can do because the company is taking care of it?! So I guess it’s okay for them to keep my packages because the company will take care of it right? It’s okay for me to spend my money on packages for you guys an have to wait extra long to receive a replacement. Then you guys are suppose to be great with customers apparently not can’t even handle a situation you have to hang up on me for getting mad THAT MY PACKAGE IS MISSING."

"Frequently messes up deliveries even after thorough communication. Christmas gifts were a nightmare even after I placed orders early to prevent this, the postal carrier sent the products back to the store claiming we didn't live at the address, even though we had lived here for 4 years."
