"Fine delivery service, no issues so far. Though customer Service leaves something to be desired, last 2 times I have called in regards to tracking a shipment the representative does not say goodbye, or ask if you need anything else. A woman will answer the first question asked, then once I say thank you she abruptly hangs up without another word. Not sure if she's just an angry person or maybe she doesn't like the sound of my voice. Oh well - Food for thought."

"I've used this company several times over the past year. They frequently don't deliver on the scheduled day or don't leave any indication of a missed delivery. My package has been 'out for delivery' for two days with no actual delivery taking place. Either me or my wife has been there the entire time."

"The drivers in this company are terrible. They mark packages as delivered but return them to the terminal. The office staff are friendly and helpful however they continue to hire unreliable drivers who are lazy, lack integrity and have poor hygiene."
