"I was nervous about these guys after reading reviews but they were great. I ordered a 300lb grader blade for my tractor. They called the day before to give a time window for delivery to my residence then again when 30 minutes away. The truck had a lift gate which surprised me because I hadn't paid for that, typically extra. The driver was quick and the whole process took 20 minutes."

"Do yourself a favor and use other shippers. Pay whatever extra you have to, there is no dollar sign on peace of mind. These people suck!"

"do not use if you need material delivered! There is little to no communication as to why our delivery has not been delivered. I have had this order stuck in their terminal since 7/26/23 and they still have not delivered after asking, setting up delivery appointments, and will not let us pick up the material at the terminal."

"This company and its employees, I swear they literally try to be the worst. Not only are they the worst freight company, but they are also terrible human beings. I sincerely hope they shut down like YRC. This company treats you like garbage and they blatantly lie about ETA's. Don't let the cheap quote fool you, these people never get the job done. They will miss your pickup consistently for days and keep making excuses. Not only that , they give you a horrible attitude, no matter how calm and professional you are, these people will find a way to make you angry and lash out. They do not deserve any positive recognition and they should be shut down for negligence on every angle. Horrible horrible horrible drivers, terminal workers, NATIONWIDE, but especially this terminal. Just a bunch of liars and they really do bring the scum into the freight industry. I really dont know how these people sleep at night knowing how they treat customers. You get what you pay for I guess but that shouldnt be considered an excuse."

"The worst freight company I've ever worked with in all my years of shipping. They never show up when they say they're going to, so don't bother giving them your business hours because they don't care and will show up after you close. Our pallets almost always arrive damaged because they aren't secured in the trucks, or they don't arrive at all, which has happened on two occasions for my company. Their delivery date/time is never what they say it is. It's almost as if they don't care about their customers because they know their prices are so low and people will continue to do business with them because of it. Trust me, spend the extra money and go with a different company."
