"This credit union is garbage. After having two vehicle loans here and my truck being totaled I was told to stop making the payment. Now I’m being told the gap insurance didn’t cover the full balance and they have been charging me late fees as well as interest on the balance MONTHS later. I was also told the interest was coming from the gap insurance after waiting months for a response which was not true at all. Do not get a loan from them even though they are cheap you get what you pay for! Not happy at all."

"Getting a vehicle, and trying to straighten out the insurance on it has proven to be difficult. So far the customer service I have received has been less than desirable."

"I have to leave this here but this is for employment purposes. I dropped my daughter off at her interview as she had just come from a dental appointment… This is her account of what happened: Went in to my interview close to 20min early so I would understand if they weren’t ready. Wasn’t sure where to go so I went to the counter where two teller having a discussion. I waited. The two women looked at me and resumed their conversation. First red flag for me. Then they finally acknowledge me and I tell them I was there for an interview. (Realized and this is my fault, I didn’t take Down the guys name I needed to ask for.) But the teller gets on the phone and states I’m here for an interview. She gets on the phone because she wasn’t aware of any interview. She asked me was I sure that the interview was that day. Of course I was sure I had just spoke with the gentleman the day before. I was actually surprised at the call because it had been over a month since I applied. So after a few minutes on the phone the person tells me no one remembered scheduling me. So I leave. As we are pulling out the same person nearly runs after our car as I’m assuming they figured out I actually did have an interview. My thing is why was the window not made aware I’d be coming? Even after I left there was no call by the actual person to apologize for the misunderstanding or even an attempt to reset something. It’s only been a couple of days and I see the same job is now posted again on indeed."

"I am being forced to fill out a form for a "sensible savings " program on my bank app, that from what I understand says that what is left in my checking account will automatically get transferred to my savings account at the end of the day against my will. This should be illegal. I have bills to pay that come out of my checking automatically. This causes more headaches and stress for people who have bills to pay that automatically come out of their checking account. Even after filling out the form to decline this, I still can't view my account. I will have to contact the media concerning this."
