"Something needs to be addressed here... I only write reviews when I think something absolutely needs to be addressed- whether really good or really bad. I know just how often employees' hard work and good attitude go UNnoticed at so many places, so I want to bring attention to MARY. I go in and am greeted with a big smile and genuine attitude from my clerk, and throughout the interaction completely forgot about the horrible day I was having. I made sure to get her name because this was by far the best service I've gotten here. This girl needs a raise. I hope her actions are noticed and appreciated by management."

"First experience I had with this place was great. Clerk was very understanding and kind, second experience I had today was odd. I came in to cash some checks that I got 2 weeks ago. Clerk must get a lot of fraud because even though I had an account she made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Asked me why I had held on the checks so long, took a picture of me(which is fine but my previous was only a couple months old), asked me who my other bank is, where I work, my address , last 4 of social and told me she would need me to show her that my other banks mobile app. Told me I shouldn’t have signed the back of the checks either??? She said she would need to look though all my personal bank app info, just to cash $350 in two checks. To make sure i didn’t mobile deposit the checks already was the reasoning . I get checks and balances but I’m not going to show someone who is being short tempered and condescending my personal banking app and phone. After all the other verification she’s already done. Something didn’t feel right so I expressed how invasive that would be so she quickly returned my checks… and I left. Not sure I will be returning.."

"Very kind and personable people here who were eager and excited to help me out. Once my application and documents were signed, she went ahead and told me what I was approved of, informed me that my payment was going to be automatic (which with proper money management and budgeting is convenient) she took reasonable time to tell me what to expect, how much I owed and with basic math skills it’s very easy to determine the percentage rate on what you owe. I don’t understand why people just sign and say give me my money and then are shocked when they have to pay it back! Cmon"
