"I called Lisa after losing faith in my original lender. I spent 3 months looking for a home in January-March. I sold my house in Bay Village and moved my wife and kids into a 2 bedroom apartment in February until we could find a new place. This was a very stressful situation. I had an “approval letter” from my first lender and I was ready to buy a bigger home for my wife and kids. In March someone accepted our offer and so I called my original lender to let him know we had an accepted offer.
