"So I've been cashing my same check here for the last 4 weeks. Today in told I cant cash it even though I have a bank of America account. You guys aren't gonna hold my cash for 5 days and it's ridiculous that you'd make me go to another bank to cash a check when I've done it at this same place. I will not be dealing with this place any more and I will be wanting others not to go here either. I literally got off of work and the dude could've confirmed my check by calling my boss. Bro your clerks allowed foashed 5 times before yesterday so shut up . Like now scam and the dude you had training another employee today was trash. Don't ever talk again."
"App said to go get a temp card since my card I had fraud to get a new card. This location said they did not do temp cards any more but the Mayfield Heights one said they do so now I have to drive out of my way to get a temporary card."
"Worst experince. They are giving wrong information and false promises. I went for Notary they said the Notary guy is not avialbale today, you can come tomorrow. I asked is any appointment neeeded the Manager said no, you can walkin. When I went next day, they said you must need appoinyment and notary is busy. Completely wasted my time. I just need 2 minutes of her but she did not gave me even 2 minutes. Even I am a privilage customer."
"Visited this bank July 1, 2022. My stop was to withdraw money from a kiosk within the bank. Unknowingly I inserted the wrong card(cash withdrawal), ie, BOA credit card instead of my BOA debit card. After a few attempts, I entered the bank and was greeted by a BOA employee. The employee was polite and noted my obvious frustration. The employee called another employee for assistant. This employee listened to my complaint and was polite as well. Upon presenting my BOA cards, it was noted I was using the wrong card. Oops. No worries was the response from both employees. I was able to complete my transaction using the correct BOA card."
"Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. I stopped in for assistance with my account and dealt with 3 people, one of which was the manager. All 3 of them went out of their way to help me, worked together to find a solution, and were super friendly the entire time. This is a new branch - it was clean and modern and everyone was wearing masks and there was hand sanitizer provided. I don't live in the area but if I did, this would be my go-to location."
