"Chill experience when I go the staff is well trained. I would put cameras with sound on the staff just to make sure they are on the job with customers. No issues but I’ve heard an attitude once or twice. Not from any of the male employees I’ve met there."

"Terrible customer service, I never posted anything negative before. It seems like this branch doesn’t have any capable workers. If I ask something they don’t know, instead of finding the answers for me, they told me they were too busy to answer my questions, they had to put me on hold and answered other calls.They put me in the long wait until I had to give up and hung up the phone. I had more bad experiences but that was years ago, I thought they might have had some improvement. I was wrong."
"ATM ate over $200 and I wasn't able to do anything about it. I needed that money for the next day. They kept sending me in circles, then I had to wait over an hour on the phone to discuss my dispute. I feel like if something happens at a branch's atm. They should be able to compensate you inside the branch."
