"Do not deal with Kent McNeal!!!!!!! Booked a load with Kent McNeal on Friday afternoon, got the load with delay, but were tolled that receiver will unload truck until 8 PM. Driver showed up at 7:30 pm, and was instructed by the receiver to come back Monday Morning. Kent started sending emails to direct email of the dispatcher, and never bothered himself just to hit "reply all". After hour dispatch never saw his emails, and he never called us. Monday morning, even we send him screenshots of the Geolocation+times of the driver, screen shoot of the email that he was trying to reach dispatcher who was off, and he didnt hit "reply all'. And he ended giving us false review on Freight guard claiming that we stole the load, and police is involved, which is not true. He is rude, unprofessional person. I tried to call the company management to report - guess what, all reps. were transferring my calls directly to Kent McNeal. Unprofessional, bad attitude and lies!!!!!!!"

However, after escalating this to the company's management, we were blown away by the level of commitment and how these folks stand behind their words. Will definitely work with them in the future."

"I booked a load with Andrea, I waited an hour for a rate con and I nevered received it so I proceed to call her and no response so then I called Emily which was the Brooker on the load. When I asked her about the rate con she proceeded to lie to me and said that the lane didn't even exist and wasn't post for that day. When I explain her the situation all of sudden she remembers that she booked it with some other carrier. Before me which was a complete lie. I have a recorded phone conversation that she booked it with us. I wouldn't recommend this brokerage."
