"The hours they are open are the hours I work. No Saturday times. Location is far from my work and home. The credit union at my work location was great, they joined Best Rewards now it's not. They closed my work location. I'm going to have to take time off work to close account."

"Recently went to this location with questions on cashing a check from my father’s life insurance. The gentleman there was very nice and gave me his condolences in which I really appreciated very much. The woman who helped me was very cold and didn’t explain to me in how I should go forward in cashing this check . She just told me twice “ the money is unavailable ( with her arms folded ) …”the money is unavailable”.She made me feel like I was some scammer trying to cash a fake check. I wish my father who recently passed away never banked with this place, because they have cold and inconsiderate people like this working there."

"I recently wanted to open a new account. When I went up there , I filled out an application, and gave them $5 to open the account. The workers told me I would be contacted in the near future if I was approved. About a week went by, I heard nothing at all. When I called their location, they were kind of rude, said everything was taken care of when I was up there previously. Well clearly it wasn’t. I didn’t know if an account was opened, or if it was, what my account number was, or if I was getting a debit card, if I had online access , or anything at all. The fact that this credit union was being dishonest before I even started doing business with them, makes me not want to keep the account that I still have no information on at all."
