"On the night of Jan 1, 2021 we almost lost our son due to negligence of this ambulance squad. My adult son ran in our room with visible choking signs. My husband and myself jumped out of bed and started the heimlich. I am a nurse and instructed my husband on how due to my sin being taller than I. I called 911. They stated theybwere 15 mins out. I finally stood on the toilet and gave the heimlich for what seemed like forever until he had a small airway. Being a Marine he was able to relax and slow his breathing to prevent further hazards as we were not able to get it up. After calling ambulance 3x, two incompetent men showed up just to say he was fine and he couldn't "hear" anything with a stethoscope. He obviously was NOT OK!! I asked for a copy of the paper they wrote and the only thing that was on there was "lump in throat!!" You've got to be kidding me?! Once I asked for the report he wrote more things on it. I left them with my other grown son in my kitchen bc my son was in distress. I put him in my truck and took to MRMC. He was nodding out of consciousness the whole ride. He was then taken to the OR for immediate surgery and removed a 5" wad of steak. This ambulance company was negligent and almost costed me my son. They need more training.....I've debated for months in writing this and I finally decided I didn't want it to happen to anyone else."

"They were very understanding of the situation, and transported a family member to the hospital. They ended up having to bring an extra crew in for help. My mom also told me about Everything about her transport from SOMC to another facility! Hopefully I don't see you soon?!"

"This service just transported our dad to hospice. We are not happy with the care he was given!! There needs to be a level of compassion for the patient. Our Dad would have fallen off the cart if we had not been there. They were not paying attention and covered his face with the sheet They did not seem that they would even care for him in the ambulance and we couldn’t be with him. Their training needs to have a level of compassion. Their care was woefully in adequate!!!"

"We were driving toward Jackson Oh from Batavia Oh tonight and passed one of their transport ambulance. The person driving was slowing down and then speeding up for several miles. Then, they came across into our lane which forced us to go onto the shoulder in order for them not to hit us. We passed them to get away but they sped up and passed us again. This goes on for another few miles-then the driver passes us and comes straight across the lane and purposely tries to hit the front end of our car. Someone needs to SERIOUSLY check into your drivers. I can guarantee you-I will NEVER let this company to transport my family."

"One of the guys not only talked with my son and kept him entertained while we were out and waiting in line but he bought my kid a donut and he thought it was the greatest thing in the world! Way to make a positive impact in the public and a young child's mind."
