"I have been hauling loads for total Quality for over 13 years and they as professional as you ever find.they brokers and other staff are very straight from the start .2 years ago my truck my truck broke down while on the road hauling for them ,and they found another truck to take it to portland oregon. The broker was so helpful,he even talked to the customer to let my trailer sit in they yard for over two weeks while my truck was getting fixed. That was a very big help and I'm very grateful.its great to do business with your company."

"This broker will pin anything on the carrier to shift cost. What I like about them is that they work with anyone, problem is, they have too work with anyone because they pay bottom dollar and shady practice. I pulled their trailer and picked up at night in the rain, didn't notify them of a bald tire, had me pay for the tires replacement because you know, 2000 miles will wear a tire bald. Do not work with these people, when something goes wrong, you will be carrying all the extra cost."

"I'm surprised this brokerage company has 3.3 stars; it should be zero. These scammers ought to be shut down for their illegal practices, avoiding payment for TONU and Detention, and consistently underpaying for loads. The owners of TQL must be running a shady operation."
