"Worse company around for employees and patients. If I could rate LESS than one star I would. Terminate all the good employees they get, or they leave after they find how the company operates. Lower level management is useless and Owners don’t care even after they are notified of the issues. Trucks maintained poorly so good luck if it doesn’t break down or miss your appointment cause there isn’ta vehicle. This should be a LAST RESORT Company if your in WNC or Ellijay/Fannin areas of GA. If your an EMT or Paramedic and go to work there Good Luck remember what you did to get your Certification/License cause this Current Management will definitely put it in jeopardy!"

"They use a 3rd party billing service that doesn’t even know how to submit claims correctly. Got a call from collections for 1800, never got a bill or anything. I paid it to stay off my credit report and have been fighting with them because my insurance never received a claim. They have no empathy for your situation when you call and don’t want to provide you with any information."

"This company is HORRIBLE, can not believe that hospitals dispatch them out for services. My husband is a veteran and had to be transported to a military hospital out of town, we have tried getting required paperwork for MONTHS to give the VA to submit the claim since they keep saying they send it but that they are positive Va won’t pay. VA contacted them while we waited in the phone and they were rude to them as well letting them know they have not received nothing from the ambulance company. All they kept saying was that we would be sent to collections unless we paid them when the VA already told them they would pay. How are you going to be in business when you cant even submit required paperwork and insurance paperwork to get paid. This company is a joke! If you ever have to be transported do not get on this ambulance, it’s a nightmare!!!! I would give a 0 star if I could. (Texas)"

"If your loved one is being transported from a hospital--let them know you will NOT use this company. You will be left with a bill due to their incompetence. We got a bill for transport from hospital to nursing home from 2 months ago, I called, explained that they need to bill Medicaid--they REFUSED to take my information or to follow up. They were so rude that I feel obligated to let as many people as possible know that they should not use this company. They should let us give 0 stars."
