"Booked a load with TQL agent , clearly on conformation FCFS 8 -13:00 next day delivery checking with the receiver 6.16 am and they told me my appointment is for 11:45 -12-00 . Have all evidence for checked in and out, and was refused for detention pay from the broker , for not using tracking , agree with you, you can find 101 reason to not pay me but It's just robbing the small carriers , that's all !"

"I talked to their sales briefly but decided not to get their services, but they put me on their "forever" call list that calls me once a day even when I very politely and then not so politely asked them to never call me again. I guess the management doesn't care who their staff is calling as long as they call someone, and the staff know it and just gets the number of calls done, damn the companies they irritate. I'd recommend to never pickup their call or preemptively block their number from your system if possible."

I received my unit promptly and for a reasonable cost. Recently I got a small but useful holiday present from this company. Haha, that's very nice of them. "4 times in 6 months, TQL has committed to a load and price on phone. Twice, they’ve given me the pickup address on the phone. And I went. And 4 times within 1 minute of providing what they requested “sorry, someone else booked the load”. For the two that I showed up for in Seattle, I got there and they didn’t even have the load to be offering. That was my last call to to them, ever, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone work with them. They love to sue carriers from what I’ve heard as well. Just work with normal brokers that don’t have a 90% turnover rate in their first year out of college and in the workforce. My $.02"
