"overnight parking after trailer drop off."
"Management needs to fire whoever signs papers as G. Dixon. He decided to run his mouth and start cussing at me while attempting to load his truck. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for."
"Over 30 days in. Great company to work for! I love it. So far, so good!! Only thing I'm dreading is the winter months since as a Driver iStill have to work the dock"
"Waited for a delivery. Took a day off work without pay. They said delivery would be there between 8am and 8pm. When they didn't arrive at 750 I called. Got redirected to some place in another country. Told me that my delivery didn't make it. Well no kidding. According to them i was supposed to get a text message every step away of the delivery. Never happened. I asked them to contact the company and find out what's going on. Placed me on hold for 28 minutes then hung up on me. Called back and they played the same game. If you order anything from #samsung make sure they dont use xpo logistics to deliver your item. So several days later they finally delivered it. Installed my stove and left. I went onto work but got halfway there and had a bad feeling. So I went back home and opened the door and found my house full of natural gas. Called the fire department and the installers unscrewed my gas line to the point it was pouring out into the air. They came back after my frantic call and fixed it but not until after I had to tell them to not screw the gas valve to the left it continues to loosen it but screw to the right. If I hadn't come home that day I would have lost a house, my possessions, animals and possibly my own life. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY"
"I feel like I need to share my recent experience with XPO last mile. Yesterday we were expecting a large delivery. We got the 30 minute heads up automated phone call at 9:35. I took our dog out back to use the restroom so he wouldn’t be in the way at 9:50. I did stand out back with him as we have coyotes frequently in the woods. Apparently the delivery showed up at that time. That’s 15 minutes after the heads up call. No other phone calls were made. If it’s not a 30 minute heads up, but it’s going to be 15 minutes, then that should be communicated. I called at 10:20 to find out where the delivery was and was told no one was home. As someone who stayed home from my teaching job to be here for the delivery, this is very frustrating. I had to call 5 different times to find out this morning that my delivery was rescheduled for 4/22 with no consultation or phone calls. I was assured by 4 different people on Monday that I would be called Monday evening when our item made it back to the hub. No phone call was ever made. The individuals I spoke with were very unhelpful which just makes an already frustrating situation, even worse. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they amounted to nothing. I was told they could only email the hub to find out about my item because the hub doesn’t have phones and neither do the drivers. I find this really hard to believe. There’s no method of communication other than email between the call center (which isn’t even on sight with the delivery hub), the hub and the delivery drivers? The delivery drivers should be directly communicating with customers as they are the final interaction. Customers should not be calling an out of state call center for a local delivery. When I called this morning, the representative was very rude, talked extremely fast and often talked over me. I’m shocked a companies use a delivery service with such poor customer service. I’m also shocked that the soonest our item can now arrive is 3 weeks from now. I can’t wait to go through this again in 3 weeks…"
