"I have no issue with the courier company, however, I do have an issue with one of the workers. I believe her name is Erin - she is extremely rude. She talks to you like it's an inconvenience and her time is being wasted. It's really not difficult to be kind over the phone as the orders are pretty much the same all the time. She has a condescending tone in her voice, and honestly when she picks up the phone I almost want to hang up and call later for another worker to pick up the phone."
