"Stopped in while I Was in town visiting from South Carolina and I was blown away at the selection! Anything you can imagine! Owner was very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions! I will definitely be stopping by next time I’m in town!!"
"Nice store. Gives Sodies with a box buy. The orange leather stools allow for a perfect acoustic fart with out disturbing other customers. Not sure it that was intentional."
"As soon as i walked in this store your greeted with tons of options of packs and boxes this is how how sports card shops should be rather than have all the singles on display plus the owner was very nice and was fun to talk too if i ever comeback to ohio this will be my first stop to make"
"Visiting Cleveland with my 12-year-old son last weekend, I had the pleasure of stopping in to B&B Sports Cards. Bob, the proprietor, couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, directing us to find what my son wanted among the extensive choices. No hard sell, just the right amount of info and attention as we found what he was looking for. As we talked, Bob mentioned that he’d been in business for 35 years, a long time for a sports card store. We left, got in the car and as I was about to drive off, Bob came running out — in the pouring rain, no less — and when I rolled down the window, he handed me a few cards in casings that had been part of a promotion that expired the week before (Mike Trout, a few other good ones plus a pack). He didnt have to do that. Made my son’s day. What a nice guy. As we drove off, I said to my son, “Know why that guy’s been in business 35 years? Because he cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to see that they’re happy.” No doubt there are other reasons, but that’s near or at the top. Thanks, Bob! As a footnote, we were talking about how I found his store (simply Google) and Google ratings and he mentioned to me that someone had recently given him a 1-star rating for the grave offense that he had been closed for a week while on vacation. I told him he should rebut but he elected to take the high road — so I’ll just say that anyone who leaves a poor rating because someone takes a no-doubt well-deserved summer vacation with his wife is pretty petty and should be ignored!"
"Stopped in here last weekend, owner was an absolute class act. Great guy and super knowledgeable, on top of that he’s got about every card known to man! Next time I’m in town I’ll stop in just to say hello, highly recommend checking this place out!"
