"They had a roll of my flooring in their warehouse for two weeks and twice failed to deliver after quoting delivery dates in two consecutive weeks. They gave an excuse of not being able to access our location with a 53' trailer when a Google search of our business address would show that our building has 5 loading docks. I ultimately drove 3 hour round trip to pick it up myself in order to meet my client's deadline."

"I have absolutely had it with this company. I honestly don't even understand how they're still in business. Unfortunately, we don't have a choice, as our flooring supplier uses them. They used to deliver to us strictly on Tuesdays, then it became Tuesdays or Wednesdays. That would be fine, except anytime we have requested to get a delivery on Tuesday instead of Wednesday (which is not a request we make often) it NEVER happens. "Driver ran out of hours", "We had to pull him", blah blah blah! Two weeks ago they tried to say they couldn't deliver because there was nowhere for the driver to turn around, which is bogus because we have semi trucks in and out all the time! I was told by my supplier last week that we are now a daily point for Delta and that they would deliver my urgent flooring order yesterday. Did they? No! I was once again told it would deliver today, and I stressed how urgent it was. I spoke with a lady at Delta at 3:20pm today who assured me the flooring was out for delivery. She stated we were stop 8, and he was currently at stop 4. I STILL DID NOT GET MY FLOORING!!!! How is it that your driver can't even complete 8 stops?! No way was this my usual Delta driver, who's not only in and out quick but extremely polite. If it was, then they surely pulled him for some ridiculous reason, which is on par with them! I now have a customer who's installation has to be rescheduled AGAIN, as well as an installer who is left without work again. Great job, Delta! I fully agree with the other reviewer who stated it should be "Delta DOESN'T Deliver"!"
