"TRASH COMPANY!!! There are a few companies we regret working with and they are one of them. Extremely dishonest! After you deliver the load, they will find ways to pay you less, when in fact they should have paid you more because they lied about the load in the first place. They are liars! Avoid them, seriously!"

"This freight brokerage mostly does loads for Color Box in Richmond. They are difficult to work with, NEVER pay for detention (Color Box is notorious for 6-8 hour detention to get loaded). For one load, we asked then FIVE TIMES to confirm a noon pickup. Driver gets to Color Box and shipper said "Oh, that load just got moved to 6 PM". So we call the broker and inform them of this, they email Color Box and find out that indeed they moved the load. So Logistics Revolution first says they will pay for attempt to pickup, then NICHOLE CONWAY sends an email telling lies about how the driver acted at the shipper and ranted on with profanity on the email. Really unprofessional. I can say this - the freight logistics industry has a lot of brokerages to book loads with. A lot of freight brokerages are easy to work with, don't tolerate shippers moving appointment times at the last minute, and will pay detention when such incidents occur. Logistics Revolution IS NOT one of those brokerages and they shouldn't be trusted in any part of honoring a freight rate confirmation."
