"Our truck was stuck in gear and out of air.. All we needed from their mechanic was to air up the system to release the brakes and roll the truck forward a few inches to pop it out of gear and into neutral... Our 2016 Volvo d13 will only start in neutral.. Their mechanic insisted the truck had transmission problems, and would not offer any assistance other than to tow it to their shop.. Englewood DOES NOT offer roadside repairs or assistance, it is just a money grab by insisting the truck could not be repaired on the roadside.... And had to be towed to their repair shop.. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
