"Honestly the WORST customer service ever. I love the older blonde hair (smaller sized) lady and usually get her. I didn't today and I'm pulling all my Huntington accounts, as is my boyfriend, Mom, grandma, and older brother after this fiasco. I go in not long ago because I have an insurance check over $5000 that hasn't cleared in days when I tried to deposit it nor gave me the $500 promised upfront. I went inside to attempt to cancel the check, and deposit it like normal. I've never used mobile deposit before using Huntington - ONLY PNC. I've never had any issue with PNC and only use the Huntington account to pay bills between my boyfriend and myself. The brown haired women that is skinny has a very ugly personality and is hateful and condescending. I've seen her yell at customers 3 times now on separate occasions. I had hoped to never have her. I get told there is nothing I can do until this Friday (it's Monday and I've waited since friday) and my money is just in the void. Huntington obviously just doesn't care about their customers.ive never had or heard of a bank not cancelling a mobile deposit to deposit it themselves. I totally understand the women inside can only do so much according to their SOP and procedures. But to be hateful and unhelpful about a nearly $7000 check is asinine. Never will be here again and you best believe Huntington will not see a drop of that money in the account. PNC here I come again!!!"

"Inept at every level! Want to know why Huntington has lower mortgage rates? They have to in order to make up for their unbelievable incompetence, lack of tact and horrid customer service. They know full well they have to rely on a steady stream of new customers, since no one in their right mind would willfully do business with them again, once they've experienced the carnage that is Huntington. For example, we placed an $85,000 certified check directly in the hand of a branch manager who was supposed to expedite it the very next day to pay down our open mortgage after the sale of our previous home. Our check sat in that branch for over a week, with full knowledge it needed to be received by their mortgage department in 48 hours. Instead of just sending the payment electronically from the local Huntington branch to the Huntington mortgage department (85 miles away) they DEMANDED a physical check be sent. Sadly, this is one of many examples of ineptitude we've experienced. We've had mortgages thru three other financial institutions and have dealt with a number of banks, but we have never encountered such absolute chaos and an utter lack of professionalism. They are rude, do not listen to concerns, and will condescendingly and openly insult your intelligence. We've had so many issues just in the first year alone, it has been off the chart ridiculous, to the point of - so where's the hidden camera? This has to be a joke, right? No joke! This bank is straight up garbage. Do yourself a HUGE favor and look elsewhere!"

"Getting change is ridiculous here. I hand them a 20 and have to show ID, have an account, and have teller cough all over my drivers license to get two rolls of quarters. Every other bank just makes change. I thi k once my car loan is paid off, I won't be giving Huntington any more of my business. Wish there was a zero star option."

"I went to open a personal checking about a year ago and they all looked visibly annoyed and kept arguing about who was going to take the time to help me, so I left. I decided to give them another chance last week. I called to get information about moving a business checking account to them. Their phone rang twice and went to a 1990's style answering machine. And guess what? Five days later and they never returned the call! They clearly have no interest in growing their business."

"Ooohhhh, let's just say it's 4:45pm, I rushed over to the bank to withdraw cash and deposit checks. Tank on E, been at the drive thru about 10 mins waiting for them to greet be and open their damn capsule and give me my money, have to make it across the street for gas and to the kids by 5:30pm. It's safe to say I won't make it to the gas station, across the street, before 5. No doubt."
