"The employees of this location do not follow 5/3 policies and admittedly make up policies based on personal opinions (bias). This branch has refused to take deposits and withdraw avaliable cash from my accounts. I run my own business as a sole priopertiership and get paid from different clients and companies via check. The employees have assumed I am trying to commit fraud instead of earn an honest living. I will be taking my banking to a bank that understands small businesses."
