"food was great first time i ordered today i did a pick up order to find out the kitchen was closed … but yet they confirmed my orders walked inside was greeted by security with a bag and seems as if he was going to go enjoy my order which wasn’t really my order …. just a. big confusion manager came out don’t remember her name but wasn’t any help either said they didn’t recieve my order but yet they confirmed my order …. i pay for customer service and the service here was terrible !!!!"

"I Paid $30 for 2 Long Island (not top shelf) worst Long Island ever. Very disappointed and they barely had nothing available on menu. If you want to have good drinks and food this is NOT the place to go"

"The food is delicious! However, my family is continually frustrated with having to go to the place physically to get the food. Why? Because when we call to place an order, no one answers the phone. When we try to order on Door Dash, they don't have options on the app to specify what flavor sauce we want. These issues have been brought to the attention of employees there several times, but nothing has been done. As good as the food is, we will be taking our business to a place we can call and order ahead of time, or that has an account they have set up correctly on Door Dash."

"I order the shrimp dinner for pick up . I order off Uber Eats originally ordering from Harvard Wine & Grill, but apparently Uber eats routed my order to Kulture which is super annoying because if I wanted to order from here I would have. So be very careful and verify the address. Not sure if they are own by the same people , but I can say the shrimp dinner was a huge disappointment. The fries were decent , but the shrimp was fried but the batter was not cooked all the way so it was super doughy… super disappointing. I won’t be back here which is unfortunate because I thought that if it worked out this spot is much closer than Harvard Wine and Grill , but it was a huge fail . I will be going back to Harvard Wine & Grill."

"first time coming to this lounge, i can say that it is nicely decorated inside and the people who were just enjoying a drink/food seem to be minding their business w/ no drama. my waitress was very nice and helpful . it wasn’t overly crowded which is a great thing for me. the selection of liquors they have are cool, but they are missing sliced oranges. i asked the bar maid to surprise me w/ a tequila and my glass had a funny flavor to it but i think it was from washing it and not rinsing good, at least i know the glasses do get washed. i had the crab cakes w/ fries. you get two dime sized crab cake w/ a salad (arugula), they wasn’t bad. my date had steak and shrimp. the steak had tasted like hamburger lol but it wasn’t nasty just didn’t have the steak flavoring. i would come back here to have a drink!"
