"They have a lot and I mean a lot of records here. Saw that they opened a new store. Employees were very nice, loved what they had in their inventory. Liked all the different remotes they had for the switch. We came here because my oldest son is into records and he bought quite a few along with a Beavis and Butthead wall mural."

"100% overpriced games. Also no public restrooms. If you're going to overcharge people who are dumb enough to spend money on your games, then open up some restrooms. Do your research people, and buy elsewhere. GameStop has much better prices. If buying retro, buy online and save your money."

"Gamers and buyers, WAIT till you get a load of this SCAM OPERATION designed to take advantage of your gaming desires: I bought a ps3 minutes before close and went to return it the next day, as I thought it wasn’t working properly, and I didn’t have time to figure it out honestly. When I went to return it the next day, SETH and RODNEY told me that they would most likely give me “most” of my money back. I gave them a confused and angry look, and Rodney told me I would have to pay the 15% restocking fee for no reason at all. I guess he didn’t feel like putting the ps3 back on the shelf. When I asked for an email or contact to resolve this because I am just simply returning it, I was told there was none, not exactly a professional experience. They also told me if it would have been a sealed product I purchased, it would be more likely to be returned at full purchasing price. This was the most frustrating response I’ve almost ever heard from a customer service representative, anywhere, as it is blatantly idiotic. Furthermore, I would like the owner or any higher up to contact me. Rodney was completely unhelpful, and This business lost a customer over 20$. Furthermore I was planning to buy a 35$ game from them once my money was returned for the ps3, but it seems like they wanted to scam me out of the 20$ more than they wanted to make a profit. "Not sure why but The Exchange is my favorite store of all time. The staff is very helpful and they have every movie and video game I could ever want. Love the $5 movie section and the NES old school Nintendo games. Wish all stores were this good."
